How to make blue lotus tincture.

Making your own tincture is very simple and offers the best results.

Start with 1-2 oz of whole flowers and one bottle of good red wine. You can use whatever wine you choose, even white. However, red works the best flavor wise. The important part is that the alcohol content be somewhere from 10-15%, any higher and it will essentially burn the flower.

Use a big jar (mine is excessively large!) Flowers go in the jar then pour the wine in. Stir and don’t forget prayers and intentions, this is the key to a truly magical tincture!

Stir and place on your altar for 2-3 days, leaving the lid slightly ajar.

Lots of prayers and intentions!!!

After 2-3 days strain and put in smaller bottles. Store in the fridge.

When you are ready to consume the blue lotus sacrament you will only need 1-2 tablespoons. The tincture is to be taken sublingually. Just put it in your mouth and allow it dissolve.

Blessings on your blue lotus journey!
